For deans & OT program directors

Participation
in view.
Personal
answers out.

The reporting boundary

See the activity.
Respect the person.

Participation is not a measure of wellbeing or academic performance.

The staff view

A useful overview.
A defined limit.

Find the pattern.

Choose a date range. Search and sort the roster. Open a student’s six-week activity calendar.

Share the summary.

Export the visible, filtered summary columns as CSV. Exported files remain with their recipients after a student leaves.

Control staff access.

Staff sign in by email code and need access to that school. Admins manage staff and invitations; viewers cannot.

Questions before you begin

The details,
in plain words.

What counts as a completed daily check-in?

A mood, nonblank gratitude, and any two of: positive movement, a nourishment rating, or nonblank self-care. Sleep and water are optional. Staff receive completion dates, never those answers.

What does the completion rate mean?

It uses eligible shared calendar days, including weekends. It describes check-in participation; it does not assess a student’s wellbeing or academic performance.

Can staff see answers or activity from before consent?

No. Staff cannot access private answers. Earlier local days are excluded, and a conservative timezone boundary may also omit the joining day.

What happens when a student leaves or rejoins?

Leaving requires connectivity. The student disappears from future staff results, even for historical ranges. Rejoining starts new consent. Previously exported files remain with their recipients.

Does a student have to join to use the app?

No. School membership is optional. Students can keep using planning, goals, reflection, coloring and Reference without joining a program.

Can an administrator read more than a viewer?

Admins can manage staff and invitations. Neither admins nor viewers can read private student answers.

Can we discuss our program’s privacy requirements?

Yes. Contact us to discuss your requirements and the reporting model. No institutional certification or legal-compliance guarantee is claimed.

How do we get started?

Email us about your program. If you already have staff access, use Schools sign-in. Students join separately through the app’s consent flow.
